Recently, as a NEWS Division manager, I asked new comers to practice their skills on making a news report. At the same time, I found myself was so bad at doing what I asked them to do. I felt shame. Tough, it's the second year to make news report in our radio station(StarRadio), I am still weak at facing the pressure when it comes to making a news report to the audience. Well, my work still has to go on. I will cheer myself up.
